How long will my sticker last?

A sticker’s lifetime highly depends on its location and how much wear and tear it gets. Each Sentinel Supply sticker is printed on high quality vinyl with a waterproof UV coating that protects it from peeling, fading, and water damage.
If you place your decal on a Hydroflask, you can probably count on at least three years if you hand-wash your water bottle and keep the exterior dry. Our oldest sticker design, “Are We There Yeti?!” has been on a Stanley Thermos for over four years, and it looks as good as new. On a flat, nonporous surface like a car bumper, filing cabinet, or workbench, your sticker should last five years or more.

Do you have any care tips?

When placing your sticker, plan ahead and apply it to a clean, dry surface. Take your time, making sure there are no bubbles or ripples. Gently use a credit card to smooth any ripples if you make a mistake. Our stickers are so sticky that you can even carefully remove, adjust, and reapply them within a 5-minute window of the first application, but peel very slowly to avoid tearing the vinyl. To preserve the life of your stickers, don’t let them soak in water or run through the dishwasher.

I have a great idea for a sticker! Can I send it to you?

Absolutely! We love hearing sticker ideas from our customers, and we have debuted several new items as a result of customer feedback and questions. Do you do bulk discounts?

Do you sell wholesale stickers to retailers?

Yes we do! We offer wholesale sticker pricing with a low minimum order quantity. Do you ship internationally?

YES! We finally have international shipping rates available on our website at checkout. It should be a smooth process, but if you come across any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. We also have an Etsy shop that offers the same items with international shipping options. 

What is your return policy?

We assume full responsibility for replacing or refunding incorrect or defective products and we will pay for the item’s return shipping fees. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the product. If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please be sure you communicate with before sending something back. Packages sent without prior discussion via email or phone call will not be processed as returns or exchanges. Thank you.

Why was I charged sales tax on my order?

In the last few years, many states have passed laws that require eCommerce sites to collect and submit sales tax for customers located within their state (this is often referred to as Nexus). As such, Sentinel Supply must collect sales tax from residents of states that require it. New York is one of several states that requires websites to charge and submit local sales tax (county level) along with the state sales tax. This is why your order form displays two state sales tax portions. You can check your state on this economic nexus state guide.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders within the United States ship free. We ship as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site as an estimate. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive so we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
